To qualify, simply refer a NEW candidate to our firm (someone not already in our database). Upon their permanent placement, you will receive the bonus after they complete the hiring guarantee period. For contract roles (not including payroll contracts), your referral must be placed at a qualifying bill rate for more than three consecutive months to be eligible for the bonus.
